A strong commitment to patient education and support has always been one of PAMF's hallmarks. Each of our cancer specialties maintain a small library of books and educational videos that may be checked out, as well as a number of free pamphlets on cancer-related topics. Patients also can take advantage of PAMF's Community Health Resource Center, located on Level 2 of the Palo Alto Clinic.

The center is staffed by a registered nurse educator and trained volunteers who can help visitors gather appropriate information from numerous multimedia sources, including books, videos, computer databases and the Internet.
