A Conversation with Elizabeth Edgerly, Ph.D.

Dr. Edgerly will present a fun, motivational tlak for those who want to reduce their risk of Alzheimer's Disease in later life. Dr. Edgerly, a clinical psychologist, will focus on the research behind the Alzheimer's Association's "Maintain Your Brain" program. Learn the latest research about risk reduction and how to put it into practice in your daily life.

Topics include:

  • Understand "normal" brain aging
  • Learn major risk factors for Alzheimer's and research about reducing risk
  • Identify three ways you personally can adjust your lifestyle in order to reduce your risk
