David N. White, M.D.
Dr. David White is a graduate of Georgetown University Medical School and a trustee of the Palo Alto Medical Foundation. He has worked at PAMF's Cosmetic Surgery Center since 1983. He completed his training at Stanford University Medical Center, where he served as chief resident in plastic and reconstructive surgery. His training also included a fellowship in hand surgery at Union Memorial Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland, and research in computerized analysis of facial deformity at Stanford.
Dr. White has appeared on numerous national television programs presenting his work in plastic surgery, including NOVA, "The Infinite Voyage" on Public Broadcasting, and the Merv Griffin Show.
Dr. White is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. He is a member of the clinical faculty at Stanford University Medical School.
His primary professional interests include cosmetic surgery, breast reconstruction and computer assisted facial reconstruction. He has also worked as a portrait sculptor.
