The Palo Alto Medical Foundation (formerly known as Camino Medical Group) Youth Nutrition program was developed in 2005 with a grant from Applied Materials. It has been revised a number of times and now includes 10 lessons that were designed to be used as part of the 5th grade science curriculum.

We are very interested in knowing who is using the curriculum and measuring the success of the program. If you have questions, comments or suggestions about the program or curriculum, please email Jeremy Loader or call him at 650-934-7283. If you do use the program, we encourage you to use the online pre and post tests linked below. We have had great participation by administering these in the school computer lab, when available.
