About the Department
Using the latest proven techniques in reconstructive surgery, the plastic surgeons at PAMF are dedicated to restoring both form and function to patients with congenital or acquired defects. Our services include breast reconstruction after treatment for breast cancer, surgical removal of and reconstruction for skin cancer, treatment of traumatic and non-traumatic conditions of the hand, and a variety of other conditions affecting the skin and musculoskeletal systems.
Our surgeons also offer a wide range of cosmetic surgery services. From skin care to the latest surgical procedures for aesthetic improvement and rejuvenation, the PAMF's Department of Plastic Surgery works with patients to achieve their cosmetic surgery goals in a caring and confidential environment.
The surgeons and staff of the Department of Plastic Surgery are proud to serve patients throughout the Northern California region and beyond, and we welcome interested patients to seek consultation at PAMF's Palo Alto Clinic and Fremont Center.

Your Plastic Surgery Team
Our department is a dedicated team that includes plastic surgeons, registered nurses and patient services representatives (PSRs). Each team member plays an integral role in providing you with the highest quality care possible. We are dedicated to providing you with a positive experience from your first consultation through to your last postoperative visit. Our philosophy is that you should be as pleased with how you are treated as you are with your surgical results. Whatever your concerns may be, we will help you achieve your goals.
Surgeons
Your surgeon will work with you to understand your goals and plan an appropriate surgical treatment tailored to your individual needs. The physician will coordinate closely with other members of your health team to ensure you receive the best possible care.
Nurses
Our nurses are primary points of contact for patients having surgery and help coordinate patient care. Our nurses are also a key source of emotional support, orienting you and your family to the department, answering questions and helping you manage your care.
Patient Services Representatives (PSRs)
PSRs are the first people who greet you when you arrive at the department. They check you in, schedule upcoming appointments and will direct your questions to the appropriate person.
