Chocolate Pot O' Cream
Ingredients
4 - 6 oz. sweet chocolate
2 tbsp. sugar
3/4 c. light cream
2 egg yolks, slightly beaten
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
- Heat chocolate, sugar and cream over medium heat, stirring constantly until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth.
- Gradually beat into egg yolks.
- Stir in vanilla.
- Pour into small dessert dishes. Chill.
- If desired, garnish with whipped cream and a mint leaf.
