Chocolate Pot O' Cream

Ingredients
4 - 6 oz. sweet chocolate
2 tbsp. sugar
3/4 c. light cream
2 egg yolks, slightly beaten
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

  1. Heat chocolate, sugar and cream over medium heat, stirring constantly until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth.
  2. Gradually beat into egg yolks.
  3. Stir in vanilla.
  4. Pour into small dessert dishes. Chill.
  5. If desired, garnish with whipped cream and a mint leaf.
