Health Resource Centers

PAMF has three health resource centers where nurse educators and trained volunteers are available to assist with health-related questions. These are the Community Health Resource Centers at our Palo Alto facility (650-614-3200), at our Fremont facility (510-623-2231), and at our Dublin facility (925-875-6150).
