Alcohol and Drug Use Group: Is it a Problem?

The Palo Alto Medical Foundation (PAMF) offers a drop-in group for people with questions about their own, or a loved one's, alcohol and/or drug use. The goal of the group is to increase self-awareness among participants about whether alcohol/drug use is a help or a hindrance in their lives.

The group, which is educationally based and interactive, provides a safe, informal and open forum for candid discussion.

Time: Tuesday, 5:30-7 p.m.
