Marc Guillet, P.T., OCS, ATC, received his master's degree in physical therapy from Columbia University in 1991. He completed training as a certified athletic trainer in the Athletic Department at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) and spent two years in rotations for orthopedics, neurology, pediatrics and cardiac care. He was the director of rehabilitation programs for UCLA and Stanford University's Athletic Departments for a combined six years. He has worked with more than 30 Olympic medalists and other high-level athletes in more than 35 sports.

Prior to joining the Palo Alto Medical Foundation's (PAMF) Department of Physical Therapy, Marc managed a staff of 25 clinicians at Stanford University Hospital and Clinics and founded Agile Physical Therapy, Inc., a private clinic with locations in Palo Alto and Los Altos. He is board certified as an orthopedic specialist. He has lectured and been published in peer-reviewed journals in spine- and extremity-related problems. He also serves on the advisory board for the Tibion Corporation, a medical device company. Marc worked with PAMF for nearly two years designing and developing the Foundation's new Department of Physical Therapy.
